CBN Cannabinol Capsules | ClearLife Extracts

In 1940 the cannabis compound CBD (cannabidiol) was first isolated and since has appeared in countless products you most likely are familiar with. Things like oral supplements, oils and topical creams have more recently served a great purpose in treating many medical conditions including depression, epilepsy and chronic pain. For those who don’t know what CBD is, let’s break it down a bit more.

THC

Firstly, we all know THC (delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol), it’s one of the more common cannabis compounds. This specific compound carries the psychoactive ingredient that primarily affects the brain creating a euphoric state. What most people don’t know is THC is just one of many. Within a cannabis plant, there are around 60 compounds called cannabinoids. Cannabinoids or CBD is an organic substance already naturally released and received in your endocannabinoid system, bringing a balance to your heart, immune, nervous, reproductive system, and much more.

CBD

CBD or cannabidiol, which is also found in hemp, is one of the least processed forms of Cannabis, this compound unlike THC is NOT psychoactive and considered to have many underestimated health benefits. Taken orally CBD affects the receptors found mostly in peripheral organs and cells associated with your immune system. Research also suggests that CBD affects receptors in the amygdala, the part of the brain that is responsible for detecting fear and preparing for emergency events. Anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder or even PTSD can all be treated using CBD. This compound is an organic antidepressant and anti-anxiety med that helps regulate mood. By stimulating the endocannabinoid system with plant-based cannabinoids you can restore balance when needed treating any number of these conditions. You may have to experiment to find the right sample just as you would a pharmaceutical drug. Each tincture, capsule or extract can in fact come in many strengths and bio abilities, giving CBD the upper hand.

So what do you do if this is something you want to try?

Your health is a serious matter so it’s advisable to consult with a trained healthcare professional before starting. This is critically important if you plan to use CBD oil with other medications; CBD oil sometimes increases the potency of other drugs. Generally, it’s a good idea to start out with the lowest possible dosage to allow your body to adjust and go from there. CBD doesn’t take effect quickly so you should wait a few days before increasing your dosage. You can find them in drops or gel caps.

As researchers continue to conduct more and more tests we are learning the positive ways this therapeutic drug can contribute to modern medicine.
